Bloodshed amid negotiation process

Amid ongoing negotiations between  government  formed committee and TTP militants, Pakistan has been witnessing bloody scenes from Khyber to Karachi,  Private TV channels are voicing concern over presence of 15000 militants in Karachi, now in terms of numerical presence of militants no difference has been left between capital city of Sindh and North Waziristan tribal area.
If one goes through the newspaper statements uttered by both government and TTP representatives it becomes vivid that militant groups have no central authority and are unable to take joint decisions regarding ceasefire with government which has caused good deal of embarrassment among pro talk’s government authorities.
Mehmand Agency TTP faction responsible for deaths of 23 FC men this week has ultimately caused more deployment of troops in North Waziristan, where at least four thousand families were displaced during targeted military operation recently, with the initiation of negotiation process between government and militant’s two thousand families were gone back to their respective region.
With the blockade of NATO containers movement towards Afghanistan in Khyber Pukhtoon Khwa province of Pakistan PTI provincial government has created a situation in which PML(N)  government at center looses US support if agrees regarding blockade with provincial government and if disagrees with KP PTI government then looses popular support, ultimate outcome of this episode is increased militancy in Pakistan because PTI’s NATO containers blockade move has created  good deal  of confidence in militants and militant supporters whom are fighting to make ultimate exit of US and its allied forces from Afghanistan. USA has also reacted and many developmental and other projects are witnessing downsizing of their employees because of the lack of funds.
TTP demand is imposition of Sharia law interestingly the provision already exists in Pakistan’s constitution and here no laws can be made which are unIslamic in nature, the dangerous and anti civil society demand posed by TTP leadership is elimination of democratic setup, the said demand will definitely lead towards full fledge Army operation against militants. Though due to reluctance of central government in this respect KP province has been almost fallen to the TTP militants where increased militants activity is quite vivid, while trying to stop the militants from extorting money from shopkeepers yesterday a Pakistan Army Major Jehanzeb was gunned down by militants in FR region near Peshawar capital of KP.

Street crimes

Number of street robberies is at increase in Pakistan which is clear signal of increased joblessness and poverty, people when are compelled to committ crimes for survival in Pakistan, the most favorite target before them are people having government jobs, sometimes they also rob the well paid journalists and NGO workers too. I do see the newspapers daily and go through the crime reports either published in these dailies or mailed to me directly by government and other sources.
During past more then sixty years some of our country fellows are still victim of day dreaming and mostly  try to look great without doing any great deed, to look brave without doing any act of bravery, and to look generous without doing any generosity so on and so forth, and to achieve that goal their favorite way is use of print and electronic media.
Do something great here in Pakistan and within minutes that credit will go to someone whom is worst villain of this century here in Pakistan, the actual great will never get any reward or award for his great deed, such is the efficiently hoodwinking system prevails here in Pakistan that overnightly villains will become heroes by just copying your style and the words which you have uttered while doing humaitarian deeds.
Corruption is so deep rooted here that honest man can not breath even in corruption related polluted environment, a most corrupt rules supreme and threatens the honest and efficient, no security for the honest one is available here, only few honest people are left alive and serving to win more aid in their name from international community.
In such a corrupt environment even to think of decrease in street crimes seems to be a mad man’s dream, without strictly adhereing to merit policy concerning government and private sector jobs, we will never be able to get good managers at all levels, nothing works witout true essence, fake persons or fake engines never can give output. The sooner we realize this the better it will be.
Pakistan is a rich country in terms of gold, oil and gas, during past one year a source has told me gold woth ninety eight billion rupees has been smuggled to India from Pakistan, because of absence of good mangerial skills our currency is also falling down in its value though we are a gold rich country too, and value of currency is always linked with the amount of gold you own. If Pakistan gets good and honest managers at all levels the national wealth can be distributed among populace as Saudis do, it is one way out to decrease street crimes and robberies in Pakistan.

Spring season is about to arrive in Kohat

Spring season in Kohat is about to arrive, few days ago usual scene of snow covered lofty mountain was witnessed by the dwellers of Kohat every year snow covers its peak before arrival of spring season. The most enjoyable occasion in Kohat is spring festival usually conducted by Pakistan Army in open space situated in Kohat Garrison area just behind the Kohat Convent school building.
So far trees except evergreen trees are leafless, autumn takes away their leaves and when spring season arrives they get the fresh leaves again. Cow herd owner  says this year rainfall was quite low in quantity  it is almost drought like situation here in Kohat, and feeding the cows is getting exceedingly difficult and expensive venture, three days rainfall earlier this month might help improve the situation.
Displaced families of Kurram, Orakzai and Khyber Agency plus Afghan refugee families have outnumbered the local residents of Kohat;  good news for Afghan refugees is that UNHCR has decided to renew their PoR cards they are advised by the said UN Agency to reach concerned offices for renewal of their cards. Most of tribal and Afghan displaced families are living in subhuman conditions here, and are victim of neglect. Spring season might bring good news of return to Maidan Khyber Agency which was announced by Khyber Agency Political Administration to be commensurate from March 15th 2014.
