Security Men Killed a Suspect in Kohat

An unidentified suspect was killed in Security Forces camp on Wednesday in Kohat, when security men opened fire on him. According to police sources the nervous suspect had entered in Security Forces Camp located on Indus Highway near NHA Colony Kohat, security men present at the check post had asked him to stop but he had kept on moving, security men had opened fire at him and the suspect was killed at the spot, his dead body was brought to KDA hospital in Kohat and was buried afterwards.

In a high level meeting between high ranking Army officers and DCO Kohat Siraj Ahmed security situation in Kohat and its adjacent tribal areas was reviewed on Wednesday, the meeting was held in the office of DCO Kohat. During the meeting high ranking officers had expressed satisfaction over increasing public support in tribal areas for security forces of Pakistan.

Meanwhile SP Investigation Shah Ali Kyani is transferred from Kohat to Peshawar as SP CID, and DSP Sadar Circle Kohat Mr. Abdul Hai is transferred from Kohat to Tank, and DSP Shakil Khisroo is transferred from Nowshera to Kohat as DSP Sadar Circle, notification in this respect was issued from Central Police Office Peshawar. DPO Kohat Mr. Dilawar Khan Bangash had also issued a notification of the transfer of Gul Jamal Marwat to Hangu and in his place Nawaz Khan has been posted as SHO Lachi Kohat.
